This fully-auto Vertical L-Bar Sealer & Shrink Tunnel integrates an L-shaped sealing and cutting main unit with a small, temperature-controlled shrink tunnel, primarily designed for small to medium-sized, neat gift boxes and multi-item packaging, suitable for standardized production lines with small to medium capacity. The equipment relies on automatic feeding, centered film wrapping, L-shaped sealing and cutting, and hot air shrinking for continuous automated operation, creating a high-end packaging effect with clean corners and a clear, transparent film, comprehensively isolating dust, moisture, and surface scratches. The fully automated operation significantly reduces labor costs for manual packaging, standardizes the sealing and cutting process, and avoids problems such as misaligned sealing and film accumulation caused by manual operation.

Cylinder-Stable Sealing and Cutting System: The entire machine uses Taiwan Airtac cylinders to drive the sealing blades, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. The cutting pressure is uniform and constant, unaffected by external air pressure fluctuations, resulting in a durable, strong, and stable seal.

Centered Sealing with Minimal Overlap Technology: The sealing and cutting blades are centrally positioned, minimizing the overlap at the four corners of the finished film. This results in a refined and minimalist packaging appearance. Combined with an anti-miscutting device, the machine automatically stops when there are no workpieces, reducing film waste. One-button dual-speed switching function: Built-in two sets of operating parameters for individual product packaging and multi-item combination packaging. One-button speed switching via touchscreen allows for mixed-product production without manual equipment adjustments.

Constant-temperature precision shrink tunnel: Independent temperature control module ensures precise temperature control and stable, uniform hot air circulation. Compatible with POF shrink film, the film adheres tightly to the product contours, providing dustproof, moisture-proof, and scratch-proof protection.

Safe, stable, and intelligent electronic control: Equipped with a Siemens PLC touch control system, featuring overload protection, fault alarms, and a fully enclosed protective shell. Multiple safety features reduce operational risks and extend the machine's lifespan.
