    Hazing (Foggy or cloudy appearance on the film surface)
    A:
    1. Reduce tunnel temperature: Excessively high temperature is the primary cause of film hazing.
    2. Increase conveyor speed: Speed up the belt to shorten the film's heat exposure time.
  • Q:
    Weak Seal Strength (Seam tears easily or has pinholes)
    A:
    1. Lower sealing bar temperature: Reduce the heat applied by the sealing jaws.
    2. Adjust sealing height: Ensure the sealing line is positioned precisely at half the height of the packaged product.
    3. Even out sealing pressure: Adjust the levelness of the sealing frame to ensure uniform pressure.
    4. Clean sealing components: Thoroughly clean both the sealing bars and the sealing base.
    5. Replace damaged insulation: Replace worn-out silicone rubber pads or strips on the sealing base.
    6. Extend sealing duration: Increase the sealing dwell time, as the pressure may have released before the fusion was complete.

    Fish Eyes (Fish-eye shaped wrinkles on the film surface)

    Misaligned Sealing Position
    A:
