We select the machine family after reviewing your product dimensions, target output, and film behavior. Exact capacities, sealing dimensions, and tunnel lengths are defined in the technical proposal rather than assumed from a generic table.
Process and application fit
Fully automatic operation covers feeding, film wrapping, end sealing and cutting, then hot-air shrinking. The closed body keeps heat inside the tunnel, which lowers energy consumption and stops film debris from spreading into the production area. The temperature control system remains stable, hot air distribution is even, and the sealing and cutting result is neat and secure.
The machines operate with standard shrink films, so you are not tied to a proprietary film supply. Parameter adjustments are simple, which makes switching between packaging specifications practical for multi-SKU production. Integration and automation
Because these machines run continuously, we treat infeed and outfeed as part of the machine scope.
