Engineering and Configuration Approach

We configure each machine around the product dimensions, required output and film type. In the static sealing range, for example, the GH-300SJ and SF-4020G models package items from 100×100×10 mm up to 250×250×100 mm with POF film; the SF-4020G adds a larger thermostatic tunnel for higher throughput. Sealing temperature, tunnel temperature, conveyor speed and sealing dwell time are adjusted together to avoid common shrink defects such as hazing, fish eyes, dog ears and weak seals.

• Precision film feeding with limit-switch control reduces film consumption in mass production.

Controls, Automation and MES Integration

Our machines use programmable logic controller (PLC) based controls with HMI panels for temperature, speed and dwell-time adjustment. The control system is prepared for MES integration so that cycle counts, fault events and equipment status can be delivered to the plant's production information system.

For end-of-line projects, we integrate the wrapper with product feeding conveyors, collation guides and downstream case packing or palletizing equipment. The same engineering team designs the wrapper and the line interface, so compatibility is confirmed before shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between static sealing and conventional heat sealing?

Static sealing uses electrostatic adhesion on the overlap of a single-layer film, creating a thin seal that is easy to tear open. Conventional L-bar and side sealing use heated sealing bars to fuse the film into a stronger seal. Static sealing suits ultra-small, lightweight products where convenient opening matters; heat sealing suits higher-speed and heavier packaging.

Which shrink films can the equipment run?

We set the machine parameters according to the film specified in your project. POF is standard for the static sealing and fully closed shrink wrapping series, PE and POF are typical for sleeve sealers, and PE hood or shrink film is used for pallet wrapping. Film selection directly affects sealing temperature, tunnel temperature and conveyor speed, so we confirm it during configuration.

Can the wrapping machine be connected to an existing packaging line?

Yes. We design infeed conveyors, collation guides and discharge sections to match the existing line height and speed. The control system can be interfaced with the plant's PLC or MES for production reporting, fault integration and batch traceability.

How is machine acceptance performed?

Machines are test-run before shipment. At installation, we complete leveling, electrical connection, temperature and speed calibration, and run sample products to verify seal quality and shrink finish. Acceptance is based on the mutually agreed output per minute and final packaging appearance.
