Six-in-One Integrated Compact Machine: Integrates pre-wrapping, L-shaped sealing and cutting, heat shrink tunnel, marking mechanism, air compressor, and industrial control system into one unit, eliminating the need for multiple separate machines and significantly saving space. Equipped with casters and leveling feet, it facilitates workstation relocation and leveling, making it suitable for confined indoor environments such as bank vaults and clearing centers.

Teflon Constant Temperature Sealing and Cutting System: The sealing and cutting blades undergo Teflon anti-sticking high-temperature treatment, combined with a constant temperature control sealing and cutting mechanism, resulting in straight and strong sealing lines, preventing film sticking, charring, and burrs, ensuring uniform sealing quality for each bundle of banknotes. The machine also features a built-in waste film recycling mechanism that automatically collects residual film after cutting, maintaining a clean working environment and reducing the risk of paper scraps and film accumulation.

PLC Touchscreen Precision Control: Equipped with a PLC programmable controller and a human-machine interface touchscreen, the entire process of wrapping, sealing, heat transfer, and shrinking is closed-loop and controllable. The heat transfer stamp is printed on the inside of the film, eliminating the risk of stamp tampering or redemption. The stamp style and text information can be modified as needed at no cost, meeting the requirements of the People's Bank of China's "Five-Good Banknote Bundles" management standards.

Hot Air Circulation Shrink Tunnel: The furnace chamber uses stainless steel heating components, extending the equipment's lifespan. The shrinking temperature and conveyor roller speed are independently adjustable, compatible with POF-specific heat shrink film. The patented extrusion and shaping structure ensures even pressure on each bundle of banknotes, with uniform force distribution on all six sides, resulting in uniform bundle height and tight packaging, eliminating looseness and skewing.

Moisture-proof and mildew-proof protective packaging effect: Completely sealed with POF heat-shrink film, the entire bundle of banknotes is isolated from external moisture. During storage and transportation in humid environments, this effectively prevents the banknotes from becoming damp, moldy, or soiled. It also protects the banknotes from being manually removed, scratched, or damaged during circulation, enhancing the security level of cash storage and transportation.

Low-cost bulk packaging: Low material cost per bundle of banknotes. Packaging speed can reach 5-8 bundles per minute, and 1000 banknotes can be wrapped in a single batch, balancing efficiency and material economy.

Application scope:
Primarily used in commercial banks, People's Bank of China vaults, and cash sorting centers for sealed heat-shrink packaging of various circulating banknotes, bank drafts, and negotiable instruments. The packaged banknote bundles meet the packaging standards for cash storage, transportation, and transfer, making them suitable for large-volume cash processing scenarios.
