1. Compact Integrated Model for Bank Documents: This machine is specifically designed for packaging banknotes, bundled banknotes, and various bank documents. Its compact size occupies only 1385×820mm, with a fixed workbench height of 820mm. It is suitable for confined spaces such as bank vaults, document processing rooms, and financial branches, allowing for deployment without a large workshop. The machine is limited to standard bundled banknotes/documents up to 280×200×150mm in size, and features a dedicated 204mm short cutter for precise matching of small, neatly shaped financial items, minimizing waste of film material and ensuring neat packaging.

2. Teflon-coated constant-temperature sealing and cutting system: The sealing and cutting blade is treated with a high-temperature resistant Teflon coating, preventing adhesion of the POF heat shrink film during long-term continuous high-temperature operation, eliminating problems such as film breakage, stringing, and incomplete sealing. Equipped with a constant-temperature controlled sealing and cutting module, the sealing lines are straight and uniform, the adhesion is firm and crack-free, and the finished packaging has a clean and uniform appearance, meeting the high standards and standardized packaging requirements of the financial industry.

3. Siemens fully intelligent electronic control system: Precise, controllable, and easy to operate. The core control unit uses an imported Siemens PLC paired with a human-machine interface touch screen. The entire film feeding, sealing, cutting, and hot air shrinking process is precisely linked, and parameters can be adjusted visually. Operators can modify parameters such as packaging speed, shrinking temperature, and sealing delay with a single click on the screen, quickly switching operating modes without complex debugging. Even beginners can quickly become proficient.

4. Stainless steel hot air circulating shrink chamber with adjustable temperature and speed, and long service life: The built-in hot air circulating shrink tunnel uses stainless steel heating elements, which are oxidation-resistant and corrosion-resistant, making them less prone to damage during long-term continuous operation and significantly reducing the frequency of parts replacement. The shrinking temperature and conveyor belt speed are independently adjustable in both dimensions, adapting to different thicknesses of POF shrink film. After heat shrinking, the film adheres tightly to bundles of banknotes and stacks of bills, providing dustproof, moisture-proof, tamper-proof, and anti-counterfeiting protection. The tunnel cavity measures 590×547×450mm, allowing for complete shaping of small financial product packages in a single operation.

5. Waste film recycling system for a clean and safe financial operating environment: The equipment integrates an independent waste film recycling mechanism, automatically and uniformly collecting scraps and offcuts generated during sealing and cutting, preventing them from scattering and accumulating around the equipment, keeping vaults and office areas clean, and avoiding fire and management hazards caused by paper scraps and waste film; the total power of the machine is only 3kW, supporting 220V single-phase/three-phase universal power supply, requiring no additional circuit modifications to the conventional civilian power supply of financial outlets; a stable packaging speed of 5-8 pieces per minute can meet the daily batch packaging needs of small and medium-sized outlets for documents and banknotes; the machine is equipped with locking casters at the bottom for flexible movement and positioning, and the enclosed protective cabinet reduces dust from entering the internal electrical components.
