Linear feeding with no length limitations, suitable for ultra-long and heavy workpieces: The entire unit adopts a folded PE film integrated molding structure, specifically developed for long, heavy, and large products such as flooring and gypsum board. Unlike conventional sealing and cutting equipment that is limited by product length, the linear feeding structure has no upper limit on workpiece length; it supports folded film up to 1600mm wide, adapting to various long profiles with a total width + height ≤ 500mm and a maximum height of 300mm, solving the industry problem of difficulty in fully wrapping and sealing long boards and long building materials.
2. Compact Folding Structure, Integrated Automated Production Line Operation: Utilizing a bottom-mounted film placement and folding design, the machine occupies less floor space than traditional single-sheet film equipment, maximizing factory space utilization. It can be integrated with upstream production lines for fully automated, unmanned operation of feeding, film application, sealing, cutting, hot air shrinking, and finished product cooling. Alternatively, it can be operated independently to accommodate flexible production schedules. Equipped with an automatic punching and venting structure, it quickly removes air from the film during application, resulting in a smooth, bulge-free finished product. Film changing is convenient, ensuring operator safety throughout the process. No waste film is generated during production, meeting green and environmentally friendly production standards.
3. Durable and Anti-stick Sealing and Cutting System with Intelligent Touchscreen and Electronic Control for Stable and Controllable Performance: A custom-designed sealing cutter provides high sealing strength, is not prone to cracking, and has an anti-stick coating, preventing film sticking and breakage even during long-term continuous sealing and cutting. Equipped with a Yonghong PLC and an imported touchscreen display, equipment parameters, operating speed, and temperature range can be adjusted with a single touch. Imported photoelectric positioning components accurately identify the workpiece position, ensuring neat and aligned sealing cuts. The conveyor mechanism uses variable frequency stepless speed regulation, allowing for free adjustment of the operating speed from 0–15m/min. The imported wear-resistant conveyor belt is resistant to wear even under long-term heavy-duty transport. The film forming unit can be flexibly fine-tuned according to the product width, and the fully enclosed wrapping cavity ensures a complete sealing effect.
4. Equipped with SF-6040E dual-circulation hot air shrink tunnel for uniform shrinkage and excellent forming: The shrink furnace is equipped with two imported hot air circulation motors, ensuring 360° hot air circulation within the furnace. This minimizes temperature differences, resulting in uniform heating of the PE film without localized over-melting or wrinkling. The internal conveyor system uses solid steel chain rods, wrapped with imported high-temperature resistant silicone tubing, providing strong load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, and preventing scratches on the workpiece surface. The temperature control range is adjustable from 0–300℃, accommodating PE heat-shrink films of varying thicknesses. A dedicated cooling fan at the furnace outlet allows for rapid air cooling and shaping after heat shrinking, ensuring the finished film is immediately tight and firm, preventing springback and loosening due to residual heat.
5. Flexible adaptability of the split-unit design, compatible with multiple voltage conditions: The sealing and cutting main unit has a power of 1.5kW, supporting 220V single-phase/three-phase power supply; the shrink furnace has a power of 28kW, adaptable to 220V/380V three-phase industrial voltage, matching the power supply conditions of factories both domestically and internationally; the sealing and cutting station requires a 6-8kg/cm² air source to drive the pneumatic components; the entire equipment frame is made of thickened steel with a painted, rust-proof finish, ensuring continuous processing of heavy-duty long strips of material without machine vibration; the single-unit net weight is robust, making it resistant to deformation and damage during long-distance wooden crate packaging and transportation.
