1. Long-lasting and durable heating and automatic cooling system: The furnace body is equipped with a one-piece molded 304 stainless steel heating element, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. Combined with a built-in automatic cooling circuit, the equipment cools down rapidly after shutdown, significantly extending the service life of the heating elements and the entire machine to more than three times that of ordinary tunnels. Temperature and conveying speed are independently adjustable steplessly, with a conveying range of 0-15m/min to flexibly match different film thicknesses. Even heat exchange within the furnace ensures tight adhesion of the finished film, achieving stable dustproof and moisture-proof packaging protection.

2. Universal material compatibility design: Compatible with PVC, POF, and PET, three mainstream heat shrink films on the market. Consumables can be switched without changing internal parts, adapting to different industry packaging standards. This provides a wider range of film procurement options and allows for on-demand control of packaging consumable costs.

High-power convection hot air and anti-stick conveyor structure, equipped with a high-flow circulating fan and a three-dimensional convection air duct inside the furnace, eliminating localized low-temperature dead zones; the conveyor rollers are made of 45# solid steel, with a thickened high-temperature resistant silicone sleeve, providing strong load-bearing capacity and preventing collapse during the conveying of heavy goods, while also isolating the film from direct high-temperature contact, eliminating film burning and damage problems, and significantly reducing the rate of packaged defective products.
