The airflow volume and direction at the bottom are independently adjustable, allowing heat to circulate and reuse within the furnace cavity, significantly improving heat energy utilization. This ensures uniform heating of the product's upper and lower surfaces, completely solving common problems in ordinary tunnels such as insufficient film shrinkage, wrinkles, whitening, and poor edge adhesion. The equipment is equipped with double-layered imported high-temperature resistant insulation curtains to firmly lock in the high temperature inside the furnace, significantly reducing heat loss and reducing electricity costs during long-term continuous production. The machine offers two standard furnace cavity sizes: 1500mm and 2000mm. The internal cavity has a uniform 500×300mm passage size, a conveying speed range of 0–15m/min, a maximum heating power of 18.5kW, and a temperature control range of 0–230℃.
