Compared with conventional small and medium-sized heat shrink tunnels, it can accommodate large items with a width of less than 600mm and a height of 500mm, multi-layer stacked goods, and small palletized materials. The equipment is equipped with two imported SURFON high-temperature circulating fans, forming a three-dimensional convection air duct, ensuring 360° circulation of hot air inside the furnace without dead angles. This prevents defects such as whitening of the film, loose shrinkage, wrinkling, and bubbling from occurring on the edges and bottom of large items. The machine has a rated power of 18kW, a temperature control range of 0–300℃, and a fully independently stepless adjustable conveying speed of 0–15m/min. It is compatible with both thick and thin PE heat-shrink film.
