Applications

It is specifically designed for heat shrinking and shaping various cylindrical glass bottles, plastic bottles, and plastic buckets for bottle neck anti-counterfeiting labels, partial labels, and full-bottle labels. Two sizes are available to cover different sizes of workpieces. The smaller model is suitable for small containers with a diameter of 100mm and a height of 280mm or less, and can be used for oral liquid bottles, mini beverage cups, sample cosmetic bottles, and small medicine bottles. The larger model supports a maximum size of 200×400mm and can process large-capacity washing and care buckets, drinking water buckets, agricultural fertilizer buckets, and large seasoning buckets.
After heat shrinking, the labels adhere tightly to the container surface, completely preserving the printed pattern, and serving multiple functions including brand display, anti-tampering and anti-theft, and dust and scratch protection during storage.
