The equipment features a **360° rotating clamping and conveying mechanism**, ensuring containers rotate uniformly within the furnace chamber. Combined with a dual-circulation hot air system, this guarantees even heating of the entire bottle or container, effectively solving problems caused by single-sided heating in ordinary straight-path tunnels, such as label wrinkling, pattern stretching and whitening, and poor edge adhesion. Whether it's anti-counterfeiting labels on bottle necks or full-bottle labeling, a smooth and clear shrinkage effect can be achieved. The smaller model has a maximum packaging size of 100×280mm and a power of 12kw; the larger model has a maximum packaging size of 200×400mm and a power of 15kw, capable of processing cylindrical workpieces of varying sizes. Both machines have a body length of 2500mm, resulting in a uniform footprint and convenient factory production line planning.

The equipment features an adjustable rotating clamping station with stepless adjustment of the clamp spacing and opening width. Changing between different bottles/cans eliminates the need for custom molds; simply adjusting the clamp position allows for product switching, significantly reducing downtime and making it ideal for factories producing multiple specifications. The worktable height is compatible with semi-automatic labeling equipment, allowing it to be integrated into a complete production line or operated independently with manual loading, accommodating both continuous production and intermittent small-batch processing. The conveyor system uses variable frequency stepless speed regulation, ensuring smooth operation and preventing container slippage or tipping. Core components such as the fan, motor, temperature controller, and circuitry are all from high-quality international brands, ensuring hardware resistance to high temperatures and long-term continuous start-stop operation. This supports 24/7 uninterrupted mass production across multiple shifts, with a low equipment failure rate. The furnace chamber is filled with high-density thermal insulation cotton, combined with a sealed insulation structure to lock in hot air, reducing energy consumption. Simultaneously, the machine's outer casing maintains a low temperature, preventing operator burns. It automatically shuts down in case of bottle jams or abnormal operating conditions, protecting the entire production line. Switching film materials only requires adjusting the temperature and airflow, without modifying the hardware. Applications
This rotary labeling heat shrink tunnel can be used as a standalone machine with manual feeding, or it can be integrated with a semi-automatic labeling machine to form a complete filling production line. It is specifically designed for heat shrinking and shaping various cylindrical glass bottles, plastic bottles, and plastic buckets for bottle neck anti-counterfeiting labels, partial labels, and full-bottle labels. Two sizes are available to cover different sizes of workpieces. The smaller model is suitable for small containers with a diameter of 100mm and a height of 280mm or less, and can be used for oral liquid bottles, mini beverage cups, sample cosmetic bottles, and small medicine bottles. The larger model supports a maximum size of 200×400mm and can process large-capacity washing and care buckets, drinking water buckets, agricultural fertilizer buckets, and large seasoning buckets.

After heat shrinking, the labels adhere tightly to the container surface, completely preserving the printed pattern, and serving multiple functions including brand display, anti-tampering and anti-theft, and dust and scratch protection during storage. The equipment has a uniform body length and flexible production line layout, making it suitable for small and medium-sized packaging and processing plants as well as medium-sized filling bases with mixed production needs for large and small bottles.
