1. Dedicated Bottle and Can Labeling Customization Machine: The SF-1230 is a dedicated independent shrink wrapping oven for labeling, without an internal conveyor line. It is specifically designed for use with customers' own conveyor lines and is specifically adapted for labeling various plastic bottles, glass bottles, storage jars, and beverage cups. After heat shrinking, the bottle label is flat and adheres smoothly, without wrinkles, peeling, or deformation, completely avoiding the distortion defects of ordinary general-purpose shrink tunnel labels. It can simultaneously perform two processes: complete bottle body label heat shrinking and bottle mouth anti-counterfeiting cap shrinking. An optional dual-temperature zone segmented hot air circulation structure is available, and an infrared heating strip can be added to the bottle mouth area for precise adaptation of curved labels on the bottle shoulder and bottle mouth, ensuring even heating and no dead angles during shrinking.

2. Adjustable height for seamless integration with existing customer conveyor lines: The equipment support is equipped with hydraulic lifting columns and locking swivel casters, allowing for free fine-tuning of the machine's inlet/outlet width and ground clearance. No modifications to existing filling or labeling conveyor lines are required; it can be directly installed and put into production. Custom sizes can be tailored to the customer's conveyor line width and speed. An optional bottle rotation auxiliary device ensures 360° uniform heating of the bottle, achieving precise adhesion for both PET and PVC labeling films.

3. Imported core components for stable and continuous production over extended periods: The machine's temperature control, power, and relay components are sourced from leading brands in Taiwan, Germany, France, and Japan. Temperature control is precise and stable, and the hot air circulation motor exhibits no power attenuation during prolonged operation. The temperature control range is adjustable from 0-300℃ to accommodate the shrinkage requirements of different film materials and bottle types. The conveyor speed is suitable for high-speed industrial production (20-40m/min), supporting 24/7 uninterrupted mass production with a low failure rate and long service life. The unit has a total power of 15kW and is compatible with AC220V/380V/415V three-phase multi-specification voltages, making it suitable for power supply environments in factories worldwide.

4. A closed-loop hot air circulation industrial heating system ensures energy efficiency and safety: It adopts a closed internal hot air circulation duct, resulting in high heat recycling efficiency and lower energy consumption compared to direct injection heating equipment; the thickened insulation layer on the outer casing prevents burns to operators due to the low temperature of the outer wall. The tunnel cavity specifications can be customized to fit the customer's bottle size; the thickened carbon steel painted frame is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, with a net weight of 360kg, ensuring stable and vibration-free operation; for export, it is packaged in a fumigated solid wood crate, minimizing damage during long-distance sea transport.

5. Multiple electrical safety protections and modular design for easy maintenance: The equipment switches, overload relays, and AC contactors are all equipped with Siemens and Schneider safety electrical components, featuring dual protection mechanisms for over-temperature power-off and motor overload shutdown, eliminating the safety hazards of high temperatures and short circuits. The entire machine adopts a modular, split structure; the heating duct, circulating motor, and temperature control components can be individually disassembled and installed.
