1. Custom-designed for single-disc circular workpieces: The entire machine is specifically developed for independent disc rolls of material, accommodating single rolls up to 250mm in diameter and 100mm in height. Equipped with a dedicated 350mm narrow-width cross-cutting blade, it precisely fits the disc shape to complete the sleeve wrapping. The straight-line feeding conveyor is custom-modified for circular rolls, preventing tipping and slippage during disc transport. Sealing, cutting, and heat shrinking processes are seamlessly integrated, solving the problems of roll displacement and wrapping wrinkles found in general-purpose machines. The equipment can directly connect to the front-end production line, automatically completing the entire process of feeding, wrapping, sealing, cutting, hot air shrinking, and cooling, achieving fully unattended automated mass production.

2. Inductive intelligent film feeding system: Significantly reduces film consumption. The equipment uses material sensing signals to match the film feeding length, automatically pausing film feeding when there is no material, eliminating material waste caused by empty film runs. The integrated sealing, cutting, and shrinking machine design ensures straight-line, non-directional movement of the disc material, resulting in a smooth and stable transition, avoiding damage to the roll material, and producing a neat and compact finished product.

3. The entire unit features a high-power, stable output, with a total power of 28kW. The sealing and cutting main unit and shrink tunnel are integrated into a single layout, and the sealing and cutting conveyor speed is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 15m/min. The internal dual-circulation hot air structure of the furnace cavity ensures even heat distribution around the disc, resulting in seamless PE film shrinkage without dead angles. After shrinkage, the film adheres tightly to the roll surface, providing excellent moisture and rust prevention. The machine dimensions are 4500×1220×1850mm, with a thickened heavy-duty sheet metal body and a net weight of 1200kg. Its robust structure supports 24-hour continuous high-intensity batch production.

4. Standardized, universal, and stable configuration. The workbench has a uniform height of 825±25mm, allowing seamless integration with conventional automated production lines. It is compatible with AC220/380V single-phase and three-phase 50/60HZ power supplies, adapting to domestic and international factory power standards. Consumables use universal PE heat-shrink film, ensuring low procurement costs and ample supply. Equipped with a full set of imported brand electro-pneumatic components, and featuring multiple safety protections against temperature abnormalities, overload, and emergency stop, this equipment boasts a low failure rate and simple, convenient daily maintenance.
