Key Features
1. A dedicated sleeve packaging design for roll materials, adaptable to tape rolls of different diameters and widths. Supports single or multiple rolls stacked into a roll-tower for integrated wrapping, a specialized packaging capability for cylindrical roll materials not found in ordinary heat shrink equipment. Equipped with a 570mm wide cross-cutting blade for a clean, seamless seal, and can be fitted with a color film positioning system for precise alignment of printed packaging patterns.

2. Separate power and speed control: The GH-6030AE sealing and cutting main unit consumes only 2kW of low energy, with an operating speed of 0~12m/min; the SF-5030E shrink tunnel features a 16kW high-power constant-temperature heating system, with a conveyor speed of 0~15m/min. Independent speed adjustment adapts to PE films of varying thicknesses, balancing energy saving and high-efficiency heat shrinking.

3. Belt-type feeding conveyor structure ensures smooth, non-slip conveying and prevents roll material from tipping or shifting. The entire process of feeding, wrapping, sealing, and hot air shrinking is fully automated, requiring only minimal manual operation for material feeding, significantly reducing labor costs and ensuring uniform packaging specifications.

4. International high-end electrical configuration, equipped with Korean Autonics temperature control sensors, Taiwanese Fatek programmable PLC and HMI touchscreen, a complete set of Schneider Electric electrical control components, and Airtac pneumatic accessories. Components are interchangeable and can be replaced as needed. It is compatible with global 220/380V single-phase/three-phase voltages, suitable for production lines in various countries.

5. A standardized 825±25mm workbench height allows for seamless integration with production lines; the shrink tunnel boasts a large 1500×500×350mm internal volume, ensuring uniform internal hot air circulation and tight film adhesion to materials, achieving dust, moisture, and spillage prevention; multiple overload, high-temperature, and emergency stop safety protections; and a thickened sheet metal body, enabling 24-hour continuous and stable production.
