1. Dedicated Packaging Structure for Multi-Layer, Multi-Row Carton Stacking: The equipment features a built-in lifting and stacking mechanism with linked cylinders for lateral pushing. It automatically completes the integrated sleeve wrapping of multiple boxes, multiple layers, and multiple rows of small cartons after neat stacking, solving the pain points of low efficiency in individual single-box packaging and time-consuming manual stacking of multiple boxes. The maximum packaging size is 300×200×200mm. Equipped with a 600mm wide cross-cutting blade, it can completely seal and cut multiple boxes stacked side-by-side without leakage, suitable for batch packaging of small, neat cartons.

2. High-Strength, Anti-stick Sealing Blade Configuration: The sealing blade has undergone special process improvements, with a surface possessing high-temperature resistant and anti-stick properties. Adhesive residue generated by the high-temperature fusion of PE film does not easily adhere to the blade. Long-term continuous operation results in a tight, crack-free seal line, eliminating the need for frequent machine stops for blade cleaning, significantly reducing production line interruptions and ensuring stable mass production.

3. A smooth, chain-driven feeding conveyor system uses a metal chain to carry materials at the feeding station. This ensures fast conveying speed and even friction, preventing deviation, tipping, or scattering of stacked cartons during transport, resulting in smooth and continuous material flow. An optional dual-film frame structure is available, allowing for simultaneous feeding of upper and lower films to meet high-speed, high-volume packaging needs, further increasing the overall machine's capacity. The main conveyor speed is 0-12 m/min, and the speed of the accompanying heat shrink tunnel is independently adjustable from 0-15 m/min.

4. Low-energy, modular design: The GH-5030UE sealing and cutting main unit consumes only 1.2 kW in standby mode, while the SF-5030E heat shrink tunnel features a 16 kW constant-temperature heating system, balancing energy saving during daily sealing and cutting with rapid heat shrinking of thick PE film. The tunnel's large-capacity 1500×500×350mm hot air circulation chamber ensures even heating of stacked cartons, guaranteeing complete film adhesion to the entire box without localized wrinkles or incomplete shrinkage.

5. Standardized, universal, and stable components: The entire machine's workbench has a uniform height of 825±25mm, allowing seamless integration with various automated production lines; compatible with AC220/380V single-phase and three-phase 50/60HZ wide voltage ranges, suitable for domestic and international factory power supplies; the machine features a thickened sheet metal body with a net weight of 360kg, making it lightweight, stable, and easy to move and adjust; equipped with multiple safety protections including emergency stop, temperature control overload, and material shortage protection; a fully enclosed transparent safety door ensures operational safety and allows staff to observe the internal packaging process in real time; consumables use general-purpose PE heat shrink film, resulting in low procurement costs.
