Triangular forming zero-waste folding process: Utilizing a triangular forming die, this process continuously forms a single-layer film into a double-layer folded film. The film feed is smooth and even, and the folding process generates no waste film edges, improving material utilization. The forming area is covered with anti-static fabric to reduce film deviation and wrinkling caused by electrostatic adsorption, ensuring a smooth and clean output film surface and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent sealing and cutting process.

Closed-loop automatic correction + dynamic tension control system: Equipped with a photoelectric automatic correction unit, this system can correct lateral film deviation in real time. Combined with an automatic tension adjustment mechanism that moves in tandem with the production line speed, it can stably control film tension regardless of fluctuations in the main machine speed, preventing film stretching deformation, loosening wrinkles, or tearing due to excessive stretching, ensuring consistent alignment of the folded edges.

Large-capacity film feeder: The feeder supports large-diameter film rolls and is suitable for heavy original film rolls, reducing the frequency of roll changes. It operates synchronously with the sealing and cutting main machine, reducing production line downtime for film changes and effectively increasing the overall production time of the packaging line.

Multiple models cover different film width requirements: Offering three maximum single-layer film widths of 800mm, 900mm, and 1200mm, which, after folding, correspond to a double-layer film width of 400-600mm, suitable for heat shrink packaging needs of small to medium-large sized products; compatible with mainstream POF and PE heat shrink film materials in the 12-38 micron thickness range, suitable for packaging film materials in various industries such as food, daily necessities, building materials, and printing.
