1. High-speed flying cutter configuration: The machine's maximum packaging capacity reaches 50 pieces/minute. The sealing and cutting main unit operates at a speed of 10-30m/min, and the supporting heat shrink tunnel operates at a speed of 0-30m/min. Equipped with flying cutter technology, the equipment can automatically complete the sealing and cutting action in real time by identifying product gaps, eliminating waiting time and losses, significantly maximizing the production line's capacity, and adapting to high-volume, high-speed automated packaging scenarios.

2. Quick-change intelligent control system: Built-in parameterized preset programs allow direct access to preset parameters for products of different sizes, eliminating the need for repeated manual adjustments to the mechanical structure. This significantly reduces the time spent changing packaging specifications, supporting uninterrupted production of multiple product categories and adapting to the flexible production needs of multi-SKU factories.

3. External large film rack continuous film supply structure: The film roll is placed on the side of the equipment, accommodating large-size rolls of PE shrink film. It also features automatic film splicing and changing functions, allowing film splicing and changing to be completed during equipment operation without downtime, reducing production downtime caused by consumable replacements. A single person can easily complete the film changing operation.

4. Synchronous and silent dual-synchronous belt conveyor structure: Two sets of synchronous belts work together to convey materials at completely synchronized speeds. This results in low vibration and noise during operation, preventing slippage and deviation when conveying rigid materials such as cardboard boxes, canned goods, and gift boxes, ensuring precise and consistent sealing and cutting.

High-power separate independent power units: The GH-6030CM sealing and cutting main unit operates stably with low power consumption at 5kW, while the SF-5030E heat shrink tunnel is equipped with a 35kW high-power circulating heating system. This ensures rapid heating and uniform hot air circulation within the 1500×500×350mm inner cavity, allowing for quick and complete shrinking and lamination of even thick PE film. A uniform 825±25mm worktable height allows seamless integration with various automated production lines. The fully enclosed protective cabinet features multiple temperature control, overload, and emergency stop safety protections. The heavy-duty sheet metal body weighs 900kg and can operate continuously for 24/7 under high-intensity conditions.

6. Large-size compatible sealing and cutting design, 670mm wide cross-cutting blade, capable of packaging goods up to 300×500×300mm in size. Square gift boxes, complete sets of canned goods pallets, and small cartons can all be wrapped in one piece, adapting to large-scale combination packaging needs.
