1. Vertical Double-Roll Sleeve Structure: The exclusive vertical sleeve structure features vertically arranged double-layer film rolls, allowing for the loading of large-size rolls of POF environmentally friendly shrink film. This provides ample space for film changing and eliminates the need for frequent downtime. Equipped with a 500mm vertical sealing knife, it is suitable for cylindrical workpieces with diameters of 50-160mm and widths of 250mm. Specifically designed for hollow round pipes such as corrugated pipes and flexible plastic hoses, the entire process of conveying, sealing, and heat shrinking is vertical, preventing pipes from tipping over or deforming. The machine offers stepless speed adjustment from 0 to 15m/min, with a total power of 15kW. The temperature-controlled hot air circulation system is compatible with low-temperature shrinking processes for POF film, resulting in transparent and residue-free packaged products.

2. High-temperature resistant metal chain conveyor system: Unlike conventional belt conveyors, the metal chain can directly feed high-temperature workpieces into the shrink furnace, unaffected by the high temperatures inside the furnace and resistant to aging and wear. It is suitable for continuous packaging of freshly extruded high-temperature pipes. The feeding and discharging system supports two automation schemes: manual material placement for standalone operation, or integration with robotic arms for a fully automated, unmanned production line, suitable for flexible intelligent manufacturing workshops.

3. Teflon-coated anti-stick sealing blade: The sealing blade surface is treated with a high-temperature resistant anti-stick coating. Slag generated during the high-temperature fusion of the POF film does not easily adhere to the blade surface. Long-term continuous sealing and cutting will not result in problems such as sealing stringing, film adhesion, or film breakage. The sealing line is smooth and firm, reducing downtime for manual blade cleaning and significantly improving the stability of continuous production.

4. Dual-layer, dual-safety protection design: Equipped with a material sensing sensor and positioning mold for dual protection, the equipment automatically pauses the sealing and cutting operation when material deviation or shortage occurs, preventing scratches and damage to rigid pipes and high-value plastic workpieces by the sealing blade, reducing material waste. The overall worktable height has been upgraded to 950±25mm, adapting to the gripping height of robotic arms, eliminating the need for production line modifications.

5. Standardized, universal, and stable configuration: Supports AC220/380V single-phase and three-phase 50/60HZ wide voltage input, adapting to domestic and international factory power supply standards. The machine features a thickened sheet metal body with a net weight of 800kg, providing high rigidity and minimal vibration during prolonged high-speed operation. It uses a full set of imported brand electrical, temperature, and pneumatic components, equipped with multiple safety protections against overload, high temperature, and emergency stop. Consumables use environmentally friendly POF heat-shrink film, resulting in high transparency and odorless finished products.
