1. A unique circular conveyor structure: The equipment features a U-shaped circulating conveyor track, allowing materials to circulate continuously for batch packaging without the need for separate unloading and transfer, significantly saving linear floor space in the workshop. It is suitable for continuous processing of long, narrow, small cylindrical workpieces; the maximum conveying speed can reach 0-20m/min, exceeding the capacity of conventional vertical models, and is suitable for medium-to-high-volume automated production lines. The maximum packaging size covers cylindrical workpieces with diameters of 40-210mm and heights of 250mm. Equipped with a 500mm widened vertical sealing blade, it is suitable for various sizes of metal sleeves and small cylindrical materials.

2. A high-strength and stable vertical sealing blade system: The sealing and cutting vertical blade is made of high-quality alloy steel in one piece, resulting in minimal deformation after high-temperature heating. Long-term continuous sealing and cutting will not cause problems such as seal misalignment or film breakage, greatly improving the overall stability of the machine and making it suitable for 24-hour uninterrupted mass production.

3. Non-contact molding die protection design: The equipment is equipped with customized positioning dies, ensuring that materials only contact the die throughout the entire film application and sealing process. This prevents oil, metal shavings, and other impurities from contacting the workpiece, completely eliminating surface scratches and contamination. It is particularly suitable for high-precision, high-appearance-requirement metal parts.

4. Intelligent film shortage warning and energy-saving heat shrink system: Featuring a built-in film balance detection alarm function, the system automatically alerts staff with sound and light before the film roll runs out, preventing wasted production capacity due to idle operation. The heat shrink section utilizes a hot air circulation waste heat recovery process, reusing hot air within the furnace to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. The entire unit has a total power of 15kW, offering more rational energy control and is compatible with general-purpose PE shrink film.

5. High-end international brand complete electro-pneumatic and electronic control configuration. The entire machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC and HMI touch screen, Korean Autonics temperature control sensors, a complete set of Airtac pneumatic components, and Schneider Electric control components. The film feeding and conveying motors use Italian Haitec dedicated motors. Components are durable and readily available, and replacement and upgrade parts are supported according to customer needs. The worktable height is uniformly 950±25mm, adaptable to the docking height of robotic arms, and compatible with AC220/380V single-phase/three-phase 50/60HZ global power supply standards. The heavy-duty thickened sheet metal body has a net weight of 1870kg, resulting in low operating vibration. Multiple overload, emergency stop, and temperature control anomaly safety protections reduce the probability of equipment failure and material scrap.
