Key Features:

• Specialised circular conveying system: The machine utilises a closed-loop circular conveyor track, along which products are conveyed in a continuous loop. This ensures that circular and ring-shaped workpieces remain in a stable, upright position throughout the process, preventing them from tipping over or becoming misaligned, and is ideally suited to ring-shaped components that are prone to tipping over. The entire process is completed within a single machine in a closed loop, reducing the need for product transfer and optimising the layout of the production line in the workshop.
• High-Stability Vertical Sealing and Cutting Blade Assembly: The vertical sealing and cutting blades are machined from high-quality steel, effectively minimising blade deformation under high-temperature operating conditions. They maintain sealing and cutting precision even during prolonged continuous operation, ensuring secure seals and reducing defects such as incomplete seals and cracks, whilst guaranteeing consistent sealing quality in batch production.
• Non-contact protective forming moulds: Equipped with customised mould assemblies, the packaging process causes no additional contact contamination to the workpiece surface, preventing scratches and impact damage. This is particularly suitable for packaging precision workpieces with high surface finish requirements, such as sealing rings and ring-shaped hardware components.
• Intelligent film shortage alarm: Equipped with a film remaining detection and alarm function, the system issues a warning signal when the film roll is nearly depleted, prompting the operator to replace the film in a timely manner. This prevents the equipment from running empty or processing batches without film, thereby reducing raw material wastage and idle working hours.
• Energy-saving hot-air circulation heat-shrink system: The heat-shrink zone utilises hot-air circulation heating technology, with hot air recirculated and reused within the chamber to enhance thermal energy utilisation and reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions; Temperature distribution within the chamber is uniform, ensuring the PE film is heated thoroughly and resulting in finished products that shrink smoothly and fit snugly.
• Imported electrical components, with customisation options: The machine’s PLC, touchscreen, sensors, temperature control modules and drive components are all sourced from leading international brands, ensuring a low failure rate during operation; the manufacturer offers flexible replacement and adjustment of component configurations to suit customer budgets and project requirements.
