1. Custom-designed machine specifically for luggage and parcels, featuring a 1250mm ultra-wide cross-cutting blade, capable of accommodating large bags and parcels up to 1000×400×600mm in size. Perfectly adaptable to large, irregularly shaped luggage such as suitcases, travel bags, and large parcel boxes. The machine requires no external air compressor, saving on air supply costs and installation. It operates quietly, making it suitable for high-traffic public service environments such as airports and train stations.

2. Integrated, compact, straight-line design, with the sealing and cutting unit and heat-shrink tunnel seamlessly integrated, resulting in a smaller footprint. Equipped with casters, it can be easily moved and transported, allowing for flexible placement at airport check-in counters and train station service points, without being limited by fixed locations. The sealing and cutting conveyor speed is independently adjustable from 0 to 17m/min, and the heat-shrink tunnel speed is adjustable from 0 to 15m/min, accommodating both rapid packing of small parcels and slow, even heat shrinking of large bags.

3. Multi-mode intelligent operation program: The touch panel has multiple built-in operating modes, supporting single-item single-feed, continuous automatic feeding, and manual feeding. Staff can freely switch between modes based on customer flow. During peak hours, continuous mode is used to improve packaging efficiency, while manual mode is used during off-peak hours to save energy. The operation is easy to learn and requires only simple training.

4. Separate and balanced power design: The GH-6030ETA sealing and cutting main unit has a power of 15kW, and the SF-12560E heat shrink tunnel has a power of 17kW. It features a dual-stage independent temperature control system and a large-capacity hot air circulation chamber (1500×500×350mm) inside the tunnel, ensuring all-around heating of large bags and complete adhesion of the PE film to the bag surface, eliminating shrinkage dead corners. The workbench height is optimized to 600±10mm, a comfortable height for manual bending to load and unload luggage, reducing fatigue during long-term operation.

5. Universal, stable, and standardized configuration, supporting AC220V/380V single-phase and three-phase 50/60HZ power supply, directly adaptable to airport and train station mains power; the machine features a thickened sheet metal body for robust durability, multiple safety protections against abnormal temperature control, overload, and emergency stop, and a fully enclosed furnace body to prevent high-temperature burns; consumables use universal PE heat shrink film, making procurement convenient and cost-effective; the modular structure of the entire machine facilitates simple and quick maintenance and parts replacement.
