During peak periods, continuous mode can be activated to process large volumes of luggage; during periods of low passenger traffic, the system can be switched to single-piece or manual mode. Operation is straightforward, and on-site staff can operate the equipment independently after a brief training session.
• Large-size sealing and cutting capabilities suitable for bulky luggage: Equipped with a 1,250 mm extended cross-cutting and sealing blade, it can handle luggage up to 1,000 × 400 × 600 mm in size, compatible with the vast majority of suitcases, canvas bags and large express parcels available on the market; The conveying speeds of the sealing and cutting units and the heat-shrink tunnel are independently adjustable to accommodate PE heat-shrink film of varying thicknesses. The uniform circulation of hot air within the heat-shrink tunnel ensures the film adheres closely to the surface of the luggage, resulting in a smooth and well-fitted finish.
• Safety design for public settings: The entire machine housing features a fully enclosed protective design, with all moving mechanisms housed within protective casings to minimise the risk of accidental contact; The workbench height has been specifically optimised for luggage handling, making it convenient for staff to position suitcases and reducing physical strain during prolonged operations.

Scope of Application:
Primarily used at luggage wrapping service counters in airport terminals, high-speed rail stations and port terminals; it is also suitable for logistics hubs to provide heat-shrink protective packaging for suitcases, wheeled bags, large canvas bags and bulky checked parcels. Packaged luggage is protected against surface scratches and impact damage during transit, whilst being shielded from dust and moisture. The packaging also acts as a tamper-proof seal, reducing the risk of items being lost or the luggage being opened without authorisation, making it an essential piece of equipment for value-added services at transport hubs.
