1. A dedicated semi-automatic shrink wrap machine specifically designed for color-printed PE shrink film packaging. Featuring a bottom-mounted film roll layout, it can handle large rolls of color-printed film, reducing frequent film changes. Equipped with a manual welding and film changing mechanism, film splicing and replacement can be completed with a short downtime, eliminating the need for waste film residue and effectively reducing film consumption. The 600mm wide cross-cutting blade is compatible with goods up to 400×400×250mm in size, allowing for complete sealing and cutting of various square boxes and bundled rolls.

2. A servo-driven high-speed sealing and cutting system. The core film feeding, pushing, and sealing/cutting mechanisms are driven by servo motors. Compared to ordinary frequency converter models, this system offers faster response, more precise and synchronized sealing and cutting actions, and a stable packaging speed of 4-6m/min. It ensures tight, non-offset sealing, neat and undistorted color-printed patterns, and significantly improved aesthetics of the finished packaging.

3. The GH-6030BM sealing and cutting main unit features a separate, independently controlled power design, operating with a low energy consumption of only 2kW. The accompanying SF-6040E heat shrink tunnel is equipped with a high-power 28kW circulating heating system. The tunnel's 1500×500×350mm large-capacity hot air circulation chamber allows for rapid and even heating and shaping of even thick, color-printed PE film, ensuring a complete and seamless adhesion to the product surface without stretching, wrinkling, or blurring of the pattern. The heat shrink conveyor speed is freely adjustable from 0 to 15m/min.

4. The lightweight and compact design of the sealing and cutting main unit minimizes space requirements, with a net weight of only 300kg. Adjustable casters at the bottom facilitate flexible and convenient relocation and placement within the workshop. The standardized 800±25mm height of the workbench ensures comfortable manual material loading and operation. It can be integrated into simple assembly lines and is suitable for small to medium-sized semi-automatic packaging workshops.

5. Standardized, universal, and stable configuration, supporting AC220/380V single-phase and three-phase 50/60HZ wide voltage input, compatible with domestic and international factory power supplies; the whole machine is equipped with multiple safety protections, including temperature control abnormality alarm, overload power cut-off, and emergency stop braking device; the fully enclosed heating chamber avoids the risk of high temperature burns; it has strong adaptability to universal PE color printing film, and consumables can be sourced from a wide range of channels; the modular components of the whole machine facilitate daily maintenance and replacement.
