High-strength anti-slip roller assembly + external large film frame for stable mass production over extended periods: The conveyor rollers utilize a thickened high-strength steel base, coated with 60° hardness nitrile rubber. The rubber exhibits strong adhesion, is wear-resistant, and non-slip, ensuring smooth and unobstructed transport of long, heavy materials without deviation or tipping. The external film roll installation structure supports ultra-large PE stretch film with a maximum diameter of 1000mm and a single roll weight of up to 1000kg.
