Modular and independent process design for maximum capacity without interference: The machine designs the three core processes—automatic feeding and bagging, film stretching and covering, and tail sealing—as separate, independent modules. Each station operates synchronously and in parallel, without interference between processes, eliminating the problem of a single station causing delays to the entire production line. Packaging speed is consistently maintained at 15m/min, ensuring stable output during continuous production line operation and significantly increasing the overall throughput of the factory's packaging line without frequent downtime for process changes.

3. High-strength anti-slip roller assembly + external large film frame for stable mass production over extended periods: The conveyor rollers utilize a thickened high-strength steel base, coated with 60° hardness nitrile rubber. The rubber exhibits strong adhesion, is wear-resistant, and non-slip, ensuring smooth and unobstructed transport of long, heavy materials without deviation or tipping. The external film roll installation structure supports ultra-large PE stretch film with a maximum diameter of 1000mm and a single roll weight of up to 1000kg. It also features an automatic dual-roll switching function; when one roll of film is depleted, the equipment automatically switches to a spare roll, eliminating the need for manual film replacement and effectively reducing production line downtime losses.

Six-sided full-coverage tail-sealing process for stringent moisture and dust protection: The equipment features a built-in tail-end heat-sealing mechanism that automatically seals and locks the tail of the film after stretching, achieving complete and airtight packaging on all six sides. Compared to simple film-wrapping equipment without sealing, the moisture-proof, dust-proof, and oxidation-proof performance is doubled, meeting the packaging standards for products with extremely high moisture-proof requirements, such as photovoltaic panels, paper-based raw materials, and door and window accessories. It is compatible with 60–200μm full-thickness PE cold-stretch film, offering flexible film material selection and allowing for matching the appropriate film thickness according to the product's storage cycle.
