1. Integrated, dedicated machine design: The sealing and cutting main unit and heat shrink tunnel are combined into a single machine, eliminating the need for separate assembly and significantly reducing workshop footprint. It can be flexibly placed in small and medium-sized factories with limited space. The total power is 18kW, the furnace cavity size is 1227×600×400mm, and it features a 600mm extended cross-cutting blade, accommodating goods up to 300×300×300mm in size. The conveying speed is infinitely adjustable from 5-8m/min, requiring only 6-8kg/cm² of air for stable operation, making it suitable for standard factory pneumatic systems.

2. Imported drive and anti-stick sealing and cutting system: The pushing and sealing/cutting stations are equipped with original imported motors, ensuring better synchronization of start-up, shutdown, and sealing/cutting. It operates continuously for extended periods without shaking or deviation. The sealing blade undergoes a professional anti-stick treatment, preventing glue residue adhesion during high-temperature PE film fusion. The seal lines are tight and uniform, preventing cracking and leaks, reducing downtime for cleaning, and increasing continuous production time.

3. A dedicated stable auxiliary structure for small and lightweight items, with an added elastic pressure device at the rear, prevents lightweight and small-sized goods from floating or shifting during conveying and sealing. The front-end material fixing bracket supports multi-dimensional adjustment, accommodating various product shapes such as square, rectangular, and regular cylindrical shapes. The conveyor uses a solid steel shaft combined with thickened imported silicone sleeves and a chain structure, making it wear-resistant and heat-resistant. 4. Concealed power and variable frequency speed control configuration: all motors are built-in and concealed, with no protruding transmission parts on the outside of the machine. This eliminates the risk of bumps and knocks during loading and unloading, and provides a spacious and clean operating space. Equipped with a brand-name frequency converter to control the conveying speed, it supports stepless speed adjustment throughout the entire process.
