• High-Speed Sealing and Cutting Technology with Flying-Cut Blade Movement: Equipped with a flying-cut blade movement mechanism, the machine automatically detects gaps between products. The sealing blade moves in sync with the product’s progression to complete sealing and cutting, eliminating the need for the machine to pause and wait. This maximizes production capacity, achieving a maximum output of 50 packages per minute to meet the high-throughput assembly line demands of the food and personal care industries.
• Parameter-Based Quick Changeover: With built-in parameter adjustment capabilities, operators simply need to enter product dimension parameters on the touchscreen. Within preset specifications, machine configuration changes and debugging can be completed quickly, eliminating the need for extensive manual disassembly, reassembly, and calibration of mechanical components. This reduces changeover wait times between orders and improves overall production line utilization.
• External Large Film Holder with Non-Stop Film Change: The film roll is mounted on the exterior of the machine body, facilitating the installation of large-diameter film rolls and reducing the frequency of roll changes. Equipped with an automatic film welding and switching function, the film roll can be switched while the machine continues to operate without stopping, further minimizing production line downtime. The film holder is positioned on the side of the machine, providing operators with ample space for loading film and performing maintenance.
• Dual-V-Belt Drive Noise-Reducing Synchronization System: The dual-V-belt conveyor structure ensures highly synchronized product conveyance speeds. The fully enclosed oven structure minimizes heat loss, balancing operational safety with thermal efficiency.
• Standardized Interface Design: The working height of the main unit and the shrink tunnel worktable are unified, allowing for seamless integration with upstream feeding conveyors and downstream palletizing equipment to achieve fully automated production across the entire production line; the machine is equipped with a complete protective housing, and moving parts are enclosed to reduce safety risks for on-site operators.
