The equipment employs a bottom-concealed push-drive structure, with all transmission components internally housed. The entire machine has no protruding mechanical parts, ensuring unobstructed loading and unloading for operators and eliminating the risk of collisions. 2. A wide-width sealing and cutting system with independent speed adjustment. Equipped with a 670mm extended cross-cutting blade, it can accommodate goods up to 300×500×300mm in size. It can completely seal and cut both long and short, regular boxes and cylindrical combinations. The sealing and cutting main conveyor speed is 5~8m/min, and the accompanying SF-6040E heat shrink tunnel offers independent stepless speed adjustment from 0~15m. Low-speed operation prevents stretching and tearing of thin PE film, while adjustable high speed increases packaging capacity for thicker film materials.

The GH-6030 sealing and cutting main unit boasts a low-power standby of only 2kW, while the shrink tunnel features a high-power 30kW dual-circulation hot air system. The large-capacity 1500×500×350mm furnace cavity features a three-dimensional airflow arrangement, allowing multiple stacked goods to be heated simultaneously from top to bottom and all four sides. This ensures seamless film bonding without dead corners, wrinkles, or insufficient shrinkage in certain areas.
